Short answer: By default Certain supports Google Analytics page tracking when you supply an Event-level Tracking ID (which is inherited by event sites and forms), but form pages are not tracked at the individual/page-level unless you enable page-specific URLs/titles. Certain also exposes page titles as dynamic fields and references a cookies guide for cookie-level tracking details.
