What analytics are available by default?
Default analytics available for registration forms and event websites
Certain includes Google Analytics code on event websites and registration forms by default, and those forms/sites inherit the event‑level Google Analytics Tracking ID. Form pages are not tracked at the individual page level by default; you can enable page‑specific URLs and override the Tracking ID per form or site for more granular reporting.
Supporting details and where to configure
- Google Analytics is enabled by default in Account Security Settings and must have a Tracking ID set at Event > Plan > Configure > Options, Forms, or Website settings. See Security Settings.
- Each form and website inherits the event Tracking ID unless you enter a separate ID; a Tracking ID looks like
UA-12345678-1. See Create a New Form and Site Setup (Event Website). - By default form pages are not tracked at the individual page level (the URL remains the same across pages); enable “page‑specific, page‑level URL” or add page labels to allow page‑by‑page analytics.
