Global Links
Several useful Global Links can be found in the upper right corner of the Certain screen.
- Knowledge bot
Knowledge bot is signified with a message icon.
Knowledge bot can answer almost any how to questions.
Knowledge bot offers an option to submit a ticket for further assistance if Knowledge bot does not have the information you need.
- Search
Search is signified with a magnifying glass icon.
Search allows you to locate Registrations, Profiles, Events, Forms, and Websites.
- Recent Items
Recent Items is signified with a clock icon.
Recent Items provides a list of recent Profiles, Registrations, and Events you have looked at.
- Favorites
Favorites is signified with a star icon.
Favorites provides shortcuts to the Events or Profiles you will visit often.

- Help
Help is signified with a question mark icon.
Help allows you to access help on a page you are currently on.
Help allows you to access the Training module.
Help allows you to contact Certain Support.
Help allows you to see system information.
Help allows you to view new release notes.
Help allows you to view system notifications.
- Settings
Settings is signified with a person icon.
Settings allows you to view User information.
Settings allows you to update Account settings.
Settings allows you to log out.
Primary Navigation
The Primary Navigation Menu is the grid menu in the upper left of the page.
The Primary Navigation Menu is available on all pages in the application.
The Primary Navigation Menu consists of four tabs.
- EVENTS
EVENTS tab views and accesses all Events in the Account and Sub-Accounts.
To add, edit, and delete event, refer to this guide.
- PROFILES
PROFILES tab views, modifies, and creates account-level Profile records.
- SUPPLIERS
SUPPLIERS tab views, modifies, and creates Hotels and Event Locations.
- CONTACTS
CONTACTS tab views, modifies, and creates Event Contacts.
