Global Links
Several useful Global Links can be found in the upper right corner of the Certain screen.
- Knowledge bot - Signified with a message icon.
Our knowledge bot can answer almost any how to questions.
If our Knowledge bot doesn't have the information you need, it offers an option to submit a ticket for further assistance.
- Search – Signified with a magnifying glass icon.
Allows you to locate Registrations, Profiles, Events, Forms, and Websites.
- Recent Items – Signified with a clock icon.
Provides a list of recent Profiles, Registrations, and Events you have looked at.
- Favorites – Signified with a star icon.
Provides shortcuts to the Events or Profiles you will visit often.

- Help – Signified with a question mark icon.
Allows you to access help on a page you are currently on.
Allows you to access the Training module.
Allows you to contact Certain Support.
Allows you to see system information.
Allows you to view new release notes.
Allows you to view system notifications.
- Settings – Signified with a person icon.
Allows you to view User information.
Allows you to update Account settings.
Allows you to log out.
Primary Navigation
The Primary Navigation Menu (grid menu in the upper left of the page) is available on all pages in the application.
The Primary Navigation Menu consists of four tabs.
- EVENTS - View and access all Events in the Account and Sub-Accounts.

- PROFILES - View, modify, and create account-level Profile records.
- SUPPLIERS - View, modify, and create Hotels and Event Locations.
- CONTACTS - View, modify, and create Event Contacts.
