Global Links
Global Links can be found in the upper right corner of the Certain screen.
- Knowledge bot is signified with a message icon. The knowledge bot can answer almost any how-to questions. If the knowledge bot doesn't have the information you need, it offers an option to submit a ticket for further assistance.
- Search is signified with a magnifying glass icon. It allows you to locate Registrations, Profiles, Events, Forms, and Websites.
- Recent Items is signified with a clock icon. It provides a list of recent Profiles, Registrations, and Events you have looked at.
- Favorites is signified with a star icon. It provides shortcuts to the Events or Profiles you will visit often.
- Help is signified with a question mark icon. It allows you to access help on a page you are currently on, access the Training module, contact Certain Support, see system information, view new release notes, and view system notifications.
- Settings is signified with a person icon. It allows you to view User information, update Account settings, or log out.
Primary Navigation
The Primary Navigation Menu (grid menu in the upper left of the page), which is available on all pages in the application, consists of four tabs:
- EVENTS — View and access all Events in the Account and Sub-Accounts. To add, edit, and delete event please see refer to this guide.
- PROFILES — View, modify, and create account-level Profile records.
- SUPPLIERS — View, modify, and create Hotels and Event Locations.
- CONTACTS — View, modify, and create Event Contacts.
