Check-In: Question Configuration

This is one of the pages on which you customize the app experience for Certain Check-In, the app you can use on-site to check attendees in using a mobile device. For background, see the Check-In > Basic help topic, and the other topics under See Also below.

Show these Questions in Check-In

The list of up to 20 custom profile questions and registration questions.

To edit the label shown in the app for a question, type a new value in the text box for that field.

To change the sequence in which the questions are displayed in the app, drag them up or down in the list.

To add questions to the list:

Click Select Questions to Add or Remove.
Optionally for a question, type any part of its name in the field.
Optionally select one of the Question Categories (All, Registration Questions, or Profile Questions). Only the questions in that category are shown. If you've entered a term, that term now applies to only the questions in the selected category.

Note: Any questions selected on the Profile Configuration page are not available for selection here, and vice versa.

Select the check boxes of the questions to add to the list of those to be shown in the app.

For each selection:

To edit the label shown in the app for a question, type a new value in the text box for that field.
To change the sequence in which the questions are displayed in the app, drag them up or down in the list.
To make an answer Required, click the Off button to toggle it to On. (Click On to change it back to Off.)

Important: Click Use Selections. The list of questions to be shown now includes those additions.

To remove questions from the list:

Click the X at the end of the row for a question.
Alternatively, you can: Click Select Questions to Add or Remove. In the list of questions displayed, any already chosen have their check boxes selected. Clear the check boxes for any you want to remove from the list of those to be shown in the app. Click Use Selections. The list of questions to be shown no longer includes those questions.

Always remember to click Save at the bottom of the page.
