Check-In Settings

Here you configure the branding and other settings for the Certain Check-In app, which you can use on-site to check attendees in using a mobile device.

(Available only if your Certain bundle includes Certain Check-In.)

Changes made here are reflected in the app as soon as they're saved.

This branding is per account, and is used in the app for all events.

The planner building an event selects Certain Check-In on to be able to use the app in the event.

The planner does not configure it further there.

Account Logo

Account Logo is the logo displayed in a white circle at the top of the app's Home page.

Upload Logo selects an image on your computer.

Account Logo has the following requirements:

Header/Footer Background

Header/Footer Background is the color of the header behind the logo and text (such as event name) in the header, and behind the buttons in the footer.

Header/Footer Background includes the following selection options:

Caution: Text in the app is always white, so Header/Footer Background must be dark enough for text to be legible.

Event List Settings

Event List Settings include configuration for the Event List in the Certain Check-In app.

Days to show past events in the Event List

Days to show past events in the Event List selects the number of days after an event's End Date that it should remain in the Event List in the Certain Check-In app.

Days to show past events in the Event List supports values:
