Check-In Settings

This article explains how to configure branding and other settings for the Certain Check-In app. The Certain Check-In app is used on-site to check attendees in using a mobile device. Changes made here are reflected in the app as soon as they're saved. The branding configured here is per account. The branding is used in the app for all events. The planner building an event selects Certain Check-In on Plan > Configure > Options to be able to use the app in the event. The planner does not configure the app further in Plan > Configure > Options.

Account Logo

Account Logo is the logo displayed in a white circle at the top of the app's Home page. Click Upload Logo to select an image on your computer.

Header/Footer Background

Header/Footer Background is the color of the header behind the logo and text in the header, and behind the buttons in the footer. Click the color selector to select a color, or type a hex color such as #000000 for black. Caution: Text in the app is always white, so the background must be dark enough for text to be legible.

Event List Settings

Days to show past events in the Event List — Select the number of days after an event's End Date that it should remain in the Event List in the Certain Check-In app: 1 through 7. (See Plan > Event Setup > Details for the event's End Date.)
