Check-In Insights

Check-In Insights is a dashboard within the Engage section of the Certain Help Center. The dashboard provides real-time graphs showing data captured during the check-in process. A video titled "Check-In: About Insights" is available and runs for 2 minutes.

Dashboard

The dashboard includes the following graphs illustrating, in real time, the data captured during the check-in process so far.

• Hover over a data point to see more information.
• Video: Check-In: About Insights (2 min)
• Filter: Optionally, set a Start Date and End Date to restrict the range of check-ins included in the graphs.
• Check-Ins Over Time: shown as a line graph.
• You can filter the check-ins included by choosing a Start date and an End Date.
• Hover over a column to see details: date, time, and number of check-ins.
• Dates shown are in the event's local time zone, which is defined on Event Details.
• Check-Ins by Attendee Type: shown as a stacked bar chart.
• Click a segment to run a report listing the attendees of that attendee type.
• The report opens in a Report Results window, from which you can drill down into individual records, or run mass actions.
• Hover over a segment to see details: Attendee Type, number of attendees, and percentage of total.
• Note: the final segment (going up to 100%) is white, representing "Not yet checked in".
• Questions Analytics: shown as a pie chart for each question.
• Click a segment to run a report showing who answered the question with that answer value.
• The report opens in a Report Results window, from which you can drill down to individual records, or run mass actions, for example.
• Click the bar-chart icon on a chart to switch to a bar chart.
• You can then click the pie-chart icon to reverse the change.
• Drag a corner to resize a chart.
• Click the down-arrow in the lower-left corner of a pie chart to show these options:
• Show Donut (check box)
• Show Labels (check box)
• Show Labels Outside (check box)
• Show Legend (check box)
• Download as PNG (link)
• Click the down-arrow in the lower-left corner of a pie chart to show these options:
• Show Values (check box)
• Show X-Axis (check box)
• Show Y-Axis (check box)
• Download as PNG (link)
