Overview

Online Registration Forms

A form consists of one or more sections, with the sections grouped into one or more pages.

The planner can select the sections, the order of the sections, and the number of sections per page, depending upon the needs of each form.

The available sections are:

| Section | What It Does | | Entry | An optional section that provides a page to introduce the form. You can use the entry page to display instructions. You can enable registrants to login for access to pre-existing registration data. You can control access to the form through passwords or passcodes. | | Registrant Details | Collects profile contact information such as name, address, phone number and email. You may optionally choose to include custom profile questions as well. | | Attendee Type | Allows or forces registrants to specify an attendee type for their registration. You can also invisibly assign an attendee type to registrants using this section. | | Questions | Displays custom registration questions that collect information you need to run the event successfully. | | Hotel Entry | Introduces the hotel selection process by displaying hotel information including text and images. You can also use the page to ask whether the registrant would like a hotel room or not. | | Housing | Enables registrants to make a hotel room reservation. Includes entry for arrival and departure dates, room type, hotel, special room requests, roommate and room sharing preferences (optional, and room guarantee information). | | Addl Regs | Displays a button on the Verify page that enables registrants to add more registrants to their order. Used to process guests or additional registrants from the same organization who wish to pay together. The Guest Add feature enables you to specify a unique registration form sequence for additional registrations. | | Verify | Displays the information entered on the form and enables the registrant to modify registration choices, complete the registration, or add another person to his or her order. You should place the verify section on a separate page before the financial page and confirmation. | | Payment | Displays the event's payment options and collects payment information (if required). | | Confirm | Should be the last section in the form; the confirmation should always be on its own page. Displays a summary of registration details. The confirmation may be event-wide (for all forms) or form-specific. | | Logic (1-6) | Each logic section may contain multiple logic rules which take affect based on whether certain conditions are met. You may use logic sections to include various rules into the registration form sequence. | | Custom (1-20) | Custom HTML sections display text or graphics in the same way as section headers do. You may configure up to 20 sections. | | Personal Agenda | You can configure the personal agenda section to appear on the same page as Agenda. This will enable registrants to perform a and place agenda items on their Personal Agenda. Even if not included in the form sequence, the personal agenda settings will affect the agenda that displays on both the verify and confirm sections. | | Agenda (1-10) | You can configure each agenda section to display one or more types of agenda items to enable registrants to choose activities, classes, items, meals, session breakouts, and/or tours. | | Agenda Search | Enables a registrant to search through a large number of agenda items by keyword, date, location, group, or track. Only displays those agenda items which meet the search criteria. |
