Overview
This article explains how to delete an event or program from an account or organization.
Steps to delete an event
- Go to your account page that contains the Event list.
- Find the event you want to delete.
- If the account has a small number of events, the event may appear directly on the page.
- If the account contains more than 100 events, use the search field to locate the specific event.
- The number of events displayed per page can be adjusted using the available pagination display settings.
- Once the event is located, proceed with the deletion process.
- Select the event to be deleted.
- Under Plan > Event Setup > Details, locate the Delete button on the lower-right corner of the page.
Additional notes
- Once an event is deleted, it cannot be restored directly from the platform.
- If there is a need to recover a deleted event, submit a request to the Support team help@certain.com for assistance.
