This article explains how to delete an event or program from an account or organization.
Steps to delete an event
- Go to your account — on the Event list.
- Find the event you want to delete.
- If the account has a small number of events, it may appear directly on the page. If the account contains more than a hundred (100) events, use the search field to locate the specific event.
- The number of events displayed per page can also be adjusted using the available pagination display settings.
- Once the event is located we can proceed with the deletion process.
- Select the event to be deleted.
- Under Plan > Event Setup > Details, the Delete button can be found on the lower-right corner of the page.
Important note
Once an event is deleted it cannot be restored directly from the platform. If there is a need to recover a deleted event, please submit a request to the Support team help@certain.com for assistance.
