Preparing ON24 for Signal Integration

As part of our Certain Digital release, this integration allows Certain and ON24 to talk to each other and share information.

There are two areas that need to be configured - On24 and Signal, and this article will describe what is needed to prepare the ON24 application.

Configure access to ON24 endpoints

1. If not already enabled, you must request directly from ON24 that you have access to all endpoints.

2. Go to account, then Analytics, then API Dashboard.

3. Provision New API Access token.

4. You will need the following for your connection:
