Is badge scanning supported?

Yes. Badge scanning is supported for session check-ins and lead retrieval in Touchpoint, using a scanned QR code on the attendee badge. Attendance Tracking Troubleshooting "Unknown Lead" Errors in Certain Touchpoint Lead Scanning and QR Code Badge Scanning

For check-ins, staff can scan attendee badges in the app after enabling Attendance Tracking and Check-Ins on the agenda. For lead scanning, the badge QR code must match the attendee’s Lead Code exactly. Badges Guide
