Administrator/VIP Portal Process

The event planner sets up the company with one administrator. The administrator manages the company profile and leads within the Exhibitor VIP portal.

The event planner designates people from the company who scan leads during the event as “exhibitor attendees”. The exhibitor attendees access the lead scanning feature within the app after they log in. The company administrator views all lead information within the VIP portal.

The company administrator logs into the VIP portal at the URL provided by the event planner. The company administrator confirms that the proper attendees are in the system and eligible to scan leads.

After the company administrator logs into the VIP portal, the VIP portal shows the company profile. The VIP portal also shows a list of registered attendees. The VIP portal also shows any leads that have been scanned to date.

The administrator views and downloads leads as necessary from the portal.

Lead Scanning Instructions

After exhibitor attendees log into the app, the app shows a leads button at the top of the side navigation menu. Tapping the leads button displays a live camera for scanning. Tapping the leads button also displays a list of leads that the exhibitor attendee has scanned to date.

The exhibitor attendee taps a lead to add notes and rate the quality of the lead.

All lead information is automatically synced back to the Exhibitor VIP portal for the Administrator to access, review, and download.
