Administrator/VIP Portal Process
The event planner will set up the company with one administrator who will manage the company profile and leads within the Exhibitor VIP portal. The event planner will designate people from the company who will scan leads during the event as “exhibitor attendees”. The exhibitor attendees will access the lead scanning feature within the app after logging in. The company’s administrator will view all lead information within the VIP portal.
The company’s administrator should log into the VIP portal at the URL provided by the event planner to confirm that the proper attendees are in the system and are eligible to scan leads.
After the company administrator logs into the VIP portal, the administrator will see the company profile, a list of registered attendees, and leads that have been scanned to date.
The administrator can view and download leads as necessary from the portal.
Lead Scanning Instructions
After the company’s exhibitor attendees log into the app, the exhibitor attendees will see a leads button at the top of the side navigation menu. Tapping the leads button will display a live camera for scanning and a list of leads that have been scanned by that individual to date.
The exhibitor attendees may tap on a lead to add notes and rate the quality of the lead.
All lead information is automatically synced back to the Exhibitor VIP portal for the administrator to access, review, and download.
