Administrator/VIP Portal Process
Exhibitor VIP portal is the secure portal used by a company's administrator to manage the company profile and scanned leads.
The event planner will set up your company with one administrator.
The administrator will be able to manage your company's profile within the Exhibitor VIP portal.
The administrator will also manage leads within the Exhibitor VIP portal.
The event planner will designate people from your company who will be scanning leads during the event as "exhibitor attendees".
Exhibitor attendees will be able to access the lead scanning feature within the app once they log in.
The administrator will be able to view all the lead information within the Exhibitor VIP portal.
Your company’s administrator should log into the Exhibitor VIP portal at the URL provided by the event planner.
The administrator should confirm that the proper attendees are in the Exhibitor VIP portal and are eligible to scan leads.
After logging into the Exhibitor VIP portal, the administrator will see the company profile.
After logging into the Exhibitor VIP portal, the administrator will see a list of registered attendees.
After logging into the Exhibitor VIP portal, the administrator will see any leads that have been scanned to date.
The administrator will be able to view leads as necessary from the Exhibitor VIP portal.
The administrator will be able to download leads as necessary from the Exhibitor VIP portal.
Lead Scanning Instructions
Lead scanning feature is the app capability that allows exhibitors to scan leads using the device camera.
Exhibitor attendees log into the app.
Exhibitor attendees will see a leads button at the top of the side navigation menu.
Tapping on the leads button will display a live camera for scanning.
Tapping on the leads button will display a list of leads that have been scanned by that individual to date.
Exhibitor attendees may tap on a lead to add notes.
Exhibitor attendees may rate the quality of the lead.
All lead information is automatically synced back to the Exhibitor VIP portal.
The Exhibitor VIP portal administrator can access the lead information.
The Exhibitor VIP portal administrator can review the lead information.
The Exhibitor VIP portal administrator can download the lead information.
