Modifying Registration Details
Registration is a record that represents a participant's enrollment in an event.
To modify the details of a single Registration, locate the Registration and navigate to its Overview page.
There are multiple methods to locate Registrations in Certain.
Each method takes you to the Registration's Overview page.
Section 1: Locate and Open Registration
To modify a Registration, locate the Registration in the Report Results window.
Click on the Row for the record you wish to modify.
This action opens the Registration in the parent browser window.
The page displays the Registrant's Overview page.
From the Overview page, use the tabs on the left to navigate to the details you wish to modify.
Note: When updating a Registration, you must click Save to capture your changes.
Section 2: Tabs on the Overview Page
The Overview tab shows a summary of all data about the Registration.
The Summary is organized in sections that match the left navigation links.
The Overview includes One-Click Actions to Print Name Badge.
The Overview includes One-Click Actions to Print Itinerary.
The Overview includes One-Click Actions to Edit Registration.
The Overview includes One-Click Actions to Substitute Registration.
Section 2.1: Profile Tab
Profile is the Attendee Profile page.
Profile shows demographic data such as name, address, and phone.
The Registration Information section at the bottom of the Profile page displays the Attendee Type, Registration Status, Group, Registration Properties, and Custom Registration Properties.
These properties can be edited.
Availability Information is displayed if the Appointments Module is enabled for the Event.
Section 2.2: Questions Tab
Questions include Custom Profile Information and Custom Registration Information.
These sections list the Registrant's answers to any Custom Questions included on the Form.
Section 2.3: Agenda Tab
Agenda lists the Agenda Items that the Registrant selected on the Form.
Section 2.4: Sessions Tab
Sessions are shown only if Speaker and Session Management is enabled for the Event.
Sessions lists the Sessions for which the Attendee is registered.
Section 2.5: Financials Tab
Financials enables the Planner to view and apply Payments and Refunds.
Financials lets the Planner view the Balance Due.
Section 2.6: History Tab
History tracks changes to the Attendee's Registration Details.
Section 2.7: Email Tab
Email enables the Planner to send correspondence to the Registrant directly.
Section 2.8: Accommodation Tab
Accommodation is shown only if the Accommodation module is enabled for the Event.
Accommodation contains details on Room Reservations and Room Sharing Status and Preferences.
Section 2.9: Travel Tab
Travel is shown only if Travel module is enabled for the Event.
The Travel Information page for a registrant displays details of their travel arrangements for the event.
This Travel module is not available in all Certain bundles.

Travel information can be used to enter or edit attendee travel details.
Section 3: Note on Inactive or Test Registrations
If a Registrant cannot be found using the methods above, the Registrant might be marked as "Inactive" (Deleted) or as a "Test" Registration.
These records can be located by clicking the Registrations to Review Summary Report at the bottom of the Manage > Registrations page.
Section 4: Modifying Registration Details
Once the Registration is located in the Report Results window, click on the Row for the record to modify.
This opens the Registration in the parent browser window and displays the Registrant's Overview page.
From the Overview page, use the tabs on the left to navigate to the details you wish to modify.
Note: When updating a Registration, you must click Save to capture your changes.
From the Overview page, use the left-side navigation to reach the desired section.
- Overview: A summary of all data about the Registration, in sections matching the left navigation links.
- Overview includes One-Click Actions to Print Name Badge, Print Itinerary, Edit Registration, or Substitute Registration.
- Profile: The Attendee Profile page, with demographic data and the Registration Information section.
- Questions: Custom Profile Information and Custom Registration Information.
- Agenda: Lists the Agenda Items that the Registrant selected on the Form.
- Sessions: Lists the Sessions for which the Attendee is registered.
- Financials: Enables the Planner to view Payments and Refunds and Balance Due.
- History: Tracks changes to the Attendee's Registration Details.
- Email: Enables the Planner to send correspondence to the Registrant.
- Accommodation: Shows Room Reservations and Room Sharing Status and Preferences.
- Travel: Shows Travel Information for the Event.
