Edit Reviewer opens when you click Edit for an existing reviewer's record in the Reviewer List panel on the same page. The Edit Reviewer page is almost identical to Add Reviewer. View Reviewer opens when you click View under Actions for a reviewer’s record in the same Reviewer List panel. You can only view details, not edit them, unless you switch to edit mode.

Read / Edit Mode

Read or Edit Mode exists. When you edit or view an existing reviewer record the page includes two buttons (at top right). They’re not present when you are adding a new record. Read switches from "edit" mode to "read-only" mode, in which you can't edit any details. Edit switches from "read-only" mode to "edit" mode, in which you can edit the reviewer’s details.
