Introduction
- Add Reviewer — This pop-up window opens when you click Add New on the Speakers and Sessions Speakers > Reviewers page. Details are blank. You enter the required details. Save the reviewer record.
- Edit Reviewer — This almost identical version opens when you click under Actions for an existing reviewer’s record in the Reviewer List panel on the same Speakers and Sessions Speakers > Reviewers page.
- View Reviewer — This version opens when you click under Actions for a reviewer’s record in the same Reviewer List panel. This version lets you view details only. Edit mode is required to edit details.
Read or Edit Mode
When you edit or view an existing reviewer record, the page includes these two buttons at the top right.
- Read — Switch from edit mode to read-only mode. In read-only mode, you can’t edit any details.
- Edit — Switch from read-only mode to edit mode. In edit mode, you can edit the reviewer’s details.
These buttons are not present when you add a new record.
Reviewer Information
The fields for each reviewer appear in the following panels. The panel labels are largely self-explanatory.

Personal Information
- Prefix (Dr., Mr., Ms., etc.)
- First Name (Required)
- Middle Name
- Last Name (Required)
- Suffix (MD, PhD, etc.)
- Profile Picture — Optionally, click Browse to upload a head-shot photograph.
- Recommended: A high-resolution, square photograph, at least 60x60 pixels, so that it is clear wherever used.
- Maximum size: Image cannot be larger than 600px x 600px, or 4MB.
- Recommended maximum width: 150px.
- Gender — Male or Female, or no value
- Badge Name — Name exactly as it should appear on a name badge. A name badge is usually created on Manage > Badges and Barcodes > Badges.
- Organization
- Email (Required)
- Position — Position or job title in organization
- Date of Birth — Use the calendar to select the date, or enter it in mm/dd/yyyy format
- Username (Required) — The reviewer’s unique user name. The username is used with their Password to access the reviewer portal.
> Note: Must be unique in the account. The Reviewer record has an associated Profile record. All profile Usernames are unique.
- Password — The password the reviewer uses. The password is used with their Username to access the reviewer portal.
- Tier (Required) — The relevant tier set up on Speakers and Sessions Session Reviews > Reviewers > Tiers.
- The default value is the first tier.
- Track(s) — The track(s) whose papers the reviewer is assigned to review.
- Tracks are set up on Speakers and Sessions > Tracks.
- Sessions are assigned to tracks on Speakers and Sessions > Sessions.
- A reviewer assigned to a sub-track can only review papers that are in that sub-track.
- A reviewer assigned to a track and not specifically to any of its sub-tracks can review papers in all of its sub-tracks.

- Maximum length: 2000 characters
- Twitter — The reviewer’s Twitter handle
